Thanks so much for your principled stand on conscience rights in Ontario.

It is so refreshing to see an MPP stand up for what is actually the right thing to do, instead of what is the politically correct thing to do.

Conscience rights for the health care professionals, actually also helps patients, by their knowing that they can go to an institution where conscience rights are entrenched, and therefore feel safe themselves that they will not be put to death. As a volunteer in a long term care facility, I can't tell you how important this is. Many people in our nursing homes are alone and have nobody to advocate for them. Who will protect these people if society does not?

I applaud your efforts and encourage you to not give up your principles like some politicians do.
